Politicians comical in Zuckerberg questioning
Hypocrites, all the U.S. senators wanting their sound bites heard while Facebook founder and CEO is drilled by the self-serving narcissist politicians.
I find it ironic most every senator drilling Mark Zuckerberg has a Facebook page. Most ask for donations through their Facebook pages, most these politicians save thousands of dollars in Face-time calls vs. long distance calls, or even airline flights. Facebook pages are free and usually more valuable than a website.
Zuckerberg is a modern-day Einstein. There needs to be some give and take. If Facebook wants to target my advertising toward things they believe I am interested in, that’s not something we should cry over, that’s good. I’d rather see ads for cameras than women’s clothing.
“Politicians (people) who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.”
Please do not re-elect any politician that is busting Zuckerberg’s chops! Let his genius continue and live on.

Thank you, Dr. Berg, for insights
Face it: No one — I repeat no one — since the history of history, has ever seen Hanalei look like this.
Search the photos. Think. How many vehicles have ever been seen before in Hanalei swamped and dead in the water? How many homes afloat and damaged beyond repair? How many people stranded, homeless, without food, water, power or bathroom facility?
No restoration will take place overnight and much of it could have been avoided. But let’s don’t go there. As a very wise young woman once said, “The most revolutionary act is a clear view of the world as it is.”
Anybody remember Rosa Luxemburg?
I want to thank Dr. Carl Berg.
Media pictures were splendid. The news well reported and uplifting. The community and, hopefully the government, prepared to handle the mess, but I think it’s time for all of us, certainly all of us on Kauai, to take a day off — one day — to stop and listen to the brave truthful brilliant voices of concern from people like Dr. Berg.
Open the community centers. Plead to all sane, intelligent, responsible citizens on the island to came and hear and face the truth. We’re in for it and it’s better to be prepared than it is to hope for the best.
I’d like to quote Dr. Berg, “With sea levels rising and more catastrophic weather events predicted …”
Global warming will affect us, too, and we are at the mercy of too many vapid ignorant powers that be who either lie, avoid, or slumber in wakeful denial.
