LIHUE — A 53-year-old man with no permanent address was found unresponsive Monday morning outside of the Historic County Building Annex.
LIHUE — A 53-year-old man with no permanent address was found unresponsive Monday morning outside of the Historic County Building Annex.
A county employee discovered the man about 5:45 a.m. along the front stairs of the Historic County Building Annex.
Police, firefighters and medics responded to the scene, but the man could not be revived. He was transported to Wilcox Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The man’s identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
An autopsy is pending. However, police do not suspect foul play in the cause of the man’s death.
An investigation continues.
