Nina Turner’s Hawaii tour, “Standing Strong as Agents of Change!,” will share her national experience and insight on unifying around issues and organizing communities “to build an equalizing and transformative grassroots movement to advance the public interest and revitalize democracy.”
The democrat is president of Our Revolution (political action organization), member of DNC Unity Reform Commission and founder of the Sanders Institute.
She will be talking at the Kauai Veterans Center from 4 to 6 p.m.. Tickets are $27.
